1. About the Program
The Oh Yes Toys Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commission on eligible net sales generated through tracked affiliate links, approved coupon codes, or agreed campaign placements.
Commercial terms are agreed during onboarding. Standard terms are usually based on revenue share after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, shipping, cancelled orders, and invalid transactions are removed.
2. Traffic Sources We Welcome
We welcome responsible traffic from editorial websites, product review blogs, shopping guides, coupon platforms, adult wellness content, creator pages, opt-in newsletters, contextual ads, native placements, and approved social channels.
All traffic sources must be legal, adult-appropriate, transparent, brand-safe, and compliant with local advertising rules and platform policies.

Creators & Influencers
Approved 18+ audiences, tasteful content, compliant disclosure, and platform-safe messaging.
Coupons & Deals
Pre-approved wording, accurate discounts, no fake urgency, and no misleading claim language.

Opt-in audiences only, no unsolicited mail, no scraped lists, and no under-18 targeting.
3. What Is Not Allowed
We do not allow traffic from under-18 audiences, school or family-oriented placements, spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, adware, toolbars, misleading redirects, brand impersonation, unauthorised PPC bidding, fake reviews, explicit shock content, illegal content, or misleading medical/performance claims.
Affiliates must not present themselves as Oh Yes Toys, use our branding without approval, bid on restricted brand terms, send unsolicited messages, or use creatives that damage customer trust.
4. Tracking Links and Coupon Codes
Approved partners may receive unique tracking links. These links may include affiliate IDs, UTM parameters, campaign names, or other tracking values needed to attribute sales.
Unique coupon codes may be available on request for selected partners. Coupon attribution rules, cookie duration, first-click or last-click logic, and manual validation options are clarified during onboarding.
5. Commission and Payouts
Commission is usually calculated on approved net sales. This means sales after cancelled orders, refunds, returns, chargebacks, taxes, shipping fees, discount adjustments, fraudulent orders, and invalid transactions are removed.
Payout method, payout threshold, payout schedule, and commercial model are agreed case-by-case. Standard payouts are usually reviewed monthly on approved balance.
6. Creative Assets
We may provide banners, copy angles, lifestyle visuals, product highlights, campaign ideas, category links, and seasonal promotional kits where available.
All affiliate content must remain tasteful, adult-only, compliant, accurate, and respectful. Partners must not use explicit imagery, unsafe claims, misleading language, or content that targets minors.
7. Compliance Requirements
Affiliates must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, advertising rules, platform policies, disclosure requirements, and all applicable laws in the countries where they operate.
Because Oh Yes Toys is an adult-only store, partners must make sure promotional placements are suitable for 18+ audiences and do not appear on child-focused, school-related, family-focused, or unsuitable websites.
8. Application Review
To apply, send us your name, business email, website or main channel, country, audience description, traffic sources, monthly reach, main GEOs, preferred model, and any media kit or examples.
We usually review applications within 2–3 business days. We may request additional information to verify audience suitability, traffic quality, compliance, or brand fit.

What commercial model do you offer?
Standard terms are usually revenue share on approved net sales. For selected partners, custom placements, CPA, hybrid, or special campaign deals may be discussed.
Do you support coupon codes?
Yes. Unique creator or partner codes may be available after approval. Attribution rules are clarified during onboarding.
How fast do you approve applications?
Applications are usually reviewed within 2–3 business days. Some applications may need additional checks.
Can I use paid ads?
Only if approved and compliant. Brand bidding, restricted keyword bidding, misleading ads, and non-compliant placements are not allowed.
Are explicit creatives allowed?
No. Creatives must be tasteful, adult-suitable, and brand-safe. No graphic, shocking, illegal, or underage-targeted content is allowed.
