Track your Oh Yes Toys order using your Order ID and the billing email used at checkout. Once your parcel is dispatched, we’ll show the latest order status and courier details where available.
Enter your Order ID and the billing email address you used during checkout. If your order has already been dispatched, courier tracking details may appear once the carrier has scanned the parcel.
Your Order ID can be found in your order confirmation email. You can also check your order history by logging into your account and visiting My Account → Orders.
Please enter the Order ID exactly as shown. If the ID is copied incorrectly, the tracking form may not find your order.
The tracking form requires the same billing email address used during checkout. This helps protect customer privacy and prevents unauthorised users from checking sensitive order information.
If you used a different email address by mistake, check all inboxes you may have used at checkout.
We received your order and are preparing it. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
Your parcel is on its way. A carrier link may appear after the first courier scan.
Processing means your order has been received and is being prepared. This may include payment review, stock allocation, packing, and dispatch preparation.
Completed / Shipped means your parcel has been dispatched or marked as completed. Courier tracking may not update immediately and may only become active once the parcel is scanned.
On hold means we may need extra information before dispatch, such as age or ID verification, address confirmation, payment review, or delivery details.
Cancelled / Refunded means the order was cancelled or refunded. Please check your email for details or contact support if you need help.
Once dispatched, tracking may be provided by Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri, or another delivery partner, depending on destination, service availability, parcel type, and fulfilment route.
Tracking updates may include label created, collected, in transit, out for delivery, delivery attempted, delivered, delayed, returned to sender, or awaiting collection.
Tracking may take time to activate after dispatch. A courier label can be created before the parcel receives its first scan, so it is normal for tracking to stay inactive for a short period.
If tracking has not updated for longer than expected, check again later and contact us if the delay continues.
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, first check safe places, neighbours, household members, reception desks, building mailrooms, collection points, and any delivery photos or courier notes.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days with your order number and tracking details so we can review the issue.
Your Order ID is in your confirmation email. You can also find it in My Account → Orders if you created an account.

Yes. Orders are packed discreetly where possible, using plain or neutral packaging without unnecessary adult branding.
If tracking is not working, your order is delayed, or delivery says completed but you cannot find the parcel, contact us with your Order ID and billing email.
