All submissions must be suitable for an adult-only audience while remaining tasteful, respectful, and brand-safe. We do not accept nudity, explicit imagery, graphic descriptions, unsafe behaviour, harassment, discrimination, or content that targets or includes minors.
Submissions should use inclusive language, clear structure, accessible wording, short paragraphs, helpful examples, and a friendly tone. Educational content should be more useful than promotional.
2. Originality and Transparency
Please submit only original work that you have the right to publish. Do not send copied content, AI-spun articles, plagiarised text, scraped product descriptions, or work previously published elsewhere without disclosure.
If you have received a product, payment, gift, affiliate relationship, sponsorship, or any other benefit connected to the content, disclose this clearly when submitting.
3. Formatting Requirements
For guides and editorials, the ideal word count is usually 800–1500 words. Shorter tips or quick explainers may be around 500–800 words.
Use H2 and H3 headings, bullet points where helpful, a brief introduction, clear sections, and a short conclusion. If references are useful, include links to credible sources.
4. Images and Assets
Images should be owned by you, royalty-free, licensed, or used with permission. Preferred image sizes are 1200×800 or 1600×900 JPG/PNG, ideally compressed to around 300KB where possible.
Please include captions and alt text where useful. Optional short video may be considered if it is muted, tasteful, non-explicit, and generally no longer than 15 seconds.
5. Links and Disclosure
External links must be relevant, safe, and useful to readers. We may edit, remove, or mark links as rel=”sponsored” or rel=”nofollow” where appropriate.
Affiliate links, paid placements, gifted product mentions, sponsored references, or brand relationships must be disclosed clearly. We reserve the right to adjust link formatting for compliance and SEO quality.
6. Rights and License
You retain copyright in your original submission. By submitting content to Oh Yes Toys, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to edit, publish, format, display, distribute, and repurpose the content with credit across our website and related channels.
You confirm that your submission is original, lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Editorial Review Timeline
We aim to acknowledge submissions within 1–3 business days. Editorial decisions are typically made within 7–14 days, depending on volume, topic fit, compliance review, and editorial workload.
If your submission is a good fit, we may suggest edits for clarity, tone, SEO, length, compliance, or formatting. Submission does not guarantee publication.
8. Compensation
Guest posts are typically unpaid editorial features unless agreed otherwise in writing. Paid collaborations, sponsored content, product sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, or commercial campaigns may be discussed separately.
Any commercial arrangement must be approved before publication and may be subject to additional terms, disclosure requirements, and review.
