A product may be eligible for return if it is unused, unopened, sealed, in original packaging, with all labels, manuals, accessories, hygiene seals, and protective packaging intact.

We cannot resell intimate products where there is any hygiene risk, contamination risk, missing seal, visible handling, odour, stain, damage, leakage, or incomplete packaging.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, product name, a clear explanation, and photos or videos where possible.
We may ask you to keep the packaging, check basic troubleshooting steps, or provide images of the shipping label and product condition before approving a replacement, refund, or return.

Shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, courier fees, and handling costs may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
