We want you to shop with confidence. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or faulty, our team will review the issue and help you find a fair solution. At the same time, intimate products must follow strict hygiene rules to protect every customer.

What Can Be Returned?

A product may be eligible for return if it is unused, unopened, sealed, in original packaging, with all labels, manuals, accessories, hygiene seals, and protective packaging intact.

Usually Returnable

Unopened products, sealed items, incorrect items, damaged parcels, or confirmed faulty products.

Usually Not Returnable

Opened adult toys, used intimate items, unsealed lubricants, worn lingerie, or broken hygiene seals.

Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Because Oh Yes Toys sells adult toys, intimate accessories, lubricants, cleaners, lingerie, and personal care items, many products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, used, tested, worn, washed, or removed from protective packaging.

We cannot resell intimate products where there is any hygiene risk, contamination risk, missing seal, visible handling, odour, stain, damage, leakage, or incomplete packaging.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, product name, a clear explanation, and photos or videos where possible.

We may ask you to keep the packaging, check basic troubleshooting steps, or provide images of the shipping label and product condition before approving a replacement, refund, or return.

How to Request a Return

Email love@oh-yes-toys.co.uk with your order number, full name, product name, reason for return, and any supporting photos or videos.

Please do not send anything back until we approve the return and provide instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

Shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, courier fees, and handling costs may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered where stock is available and the item is eligible. Hygiene-sensitive products must remain unopened, unused, sealed, and in resaleable condition unless the exchange relates to a confirmed fault.

Can I return an opened adult toy?

Usually no. Opened or unsealed intimate products cannot normally be returned for hygiene reasons unless confirmed faulty.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Contact us quickly and keep all packaging. Photos of the parcel, label, and damaged product may be required.

Who pays return shipping?

It depends on the reason. Change of mind returns may require the customer to cover return postage. Faulty or incorrect items are reviewed separately.

Can I return lingerie?

Only if eligible, unworn, unused, unopened where sealed, with all tags and packaging intact.
