Order Tracking

Enter your Order ID and the billing email you used at checkout. We’ll show the latest status and courier details once dispatched.

  1. 1) Find your Order ID
    In your confirmation email or in My Account → Orders.
  2. 2) Use billing email
    The same email address used during checkout.
  3. 3) Track
    We’ll show status and (when available) courier tracking link.

What the statuses mean

Processing
We got your order and are preparing it (usually 1–2 business days).
Completed / Shipped
Your parcel is on its way. A carrier link may appear once it’s scanned.
On hold
We need extra info (e.g., age/ID check or address confirmation).
Cancelled / Refunded
Order was cancelled or refunded. Check your email for details.

Troubleshooting

  • Copy the Order ID exactly as shown in your email (e.g., #12345).
  • Use the billing email from checkout (not a different address).
  • Fresh orders may need a little time before tracking activates with the carrier.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, check neighbours/safe places and contact us within 7 days.
