Access and purchases are strictly for adults aged 18+. We may require age/ID verification at checkout or prior to dispatch. We may cancel orders if age cannot be verified or if we suspect misuse or breach of these Terms.

3) Medical & safety disclaimer

Products are for personal wellness and intimate use. They are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice. Read the manufacturer’s instructions, use responsibly, clean and store properly, and discontinue use if discomfort occurs.

4) Ordering & acceptance

Offer & acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation.
We may cancel/reject (e.g., age not verified, payment not authorised, pricing/stock errors, suspected fraud or misuse).
Title & risk. Title passes after full payment; risk passes on delivery at the address provided.

5) Pricing, currency & taxes

Display currency. Primary pricing is in GBP. For convenience you may view EUR / USD / CAD / AUD / NZD / GBP.
Charge currency. Unless stated otherwise by your card issuer, charges are processed in GBP.
Changes. Prices may change without notice prior to acceptance.
Taxes & duties. International recipients are responsible for local taxes/duties where applicable.

6) Payment

Accepted cards: Visa / Mastercard. 3-D Secure is required where supported by your issuer.
No pre-orders or backorders are offered.

Address accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong/incomplete address, unclaimed, refused), we can:
• re-ship after receipt (additional postage applies), or
• refund minus original postage when the parcel is back with us and goods are in resellable condition.

Loss / damage windows. Report suspected loss within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and visible damage within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos and your order number so we can open a carrier investigation and arrange repair/replacement/refund as appropriate.

8) Returns & refunds

Return window: 30 days from delivery (consumer change-of-mind).
Hygiene exception: due to health and safety, opened/used intimate items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Condition: items must be unused, unopened, in original sealed packaging with all accessories/tags.
Start a return: email love@oh-yes-toys.co.uk with order number, reason and photos (if applicable). Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Return postage: customer pays for change-of-mind; we cover reasonable postage for faulty/incorrect items (pre-authorised).
Refunds: issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return, to the original payment method.
Exchanges: not offered — please place a new order.

9) Warranty (manufacturing defects)

Term: 12 months unless a product/brand states otherwise.
Covers: manufacturing defects only.
Excludes: wear & tear, misuse, incorrect cleaning/storage, accidents, liquid ingress where not rated, modifications.
Proof: order number, clear photos/video, and serial/lot numbers where applicable.
Remedy: repair, like-for-like replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion.

10) User accounts

Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend/terminate accounts that breach these Terms or attempt to circumvent age controls.

11) Acceptable use

No illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
No scraping, bulk data extraction, reverse engineering or security testing without written consent.
No actions that disrupt or overload the service.

12) Intellectual property

All content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by GREENERY CONNEXION LTD or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

13) Promotions, coupons & gift cards

Promotions/coupons are time-limited, non-transferable and may not be combined unless stated.
Gift cards (if offered) are not redeemable for cash unless required by law and may have an expiry permitted by law.
We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

14) Third-party links & tools

Our website may link to third-party websites/tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

15) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, or for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Consumers’ mandatory rights are not affected.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance.
